“I have known Jolynne Flores for about 45 years. My daughter went to school with Jolynne until she moved to southern California, but our families have kept in touch over the years. I have stayed in her home in Alexandria, Va. It is a very comfortable home and Jolynne is a wonderful hostess. She showed us how and where to catch the bus and suggested sites for us to visit and gave us tips on what would be best for us.
Jolynne is very trust worthy, dependable, honest organized, neat and delightful to be around. I would highly recommend her as a hostess as she would make travelers feel at home. Her 2 dogs are very friendly and loveable.”

“Megan and I met about 6 years ago by virtue of sharing the same best friend. Six years later I can now say she is also one of my best friends. She has been a traveling companion (on an incredible trip to Peru) and the most excellant of hosts when spending weekends in her neck of the woods.
As a traveling companion she is very easy going, enthusiastic, energetic and very open minded. She's always very eager to learn about other people, cultures and places. As a host, I can honestly say I don't know a better one. She is very thoughtful, plans ahead and is very accommodating. She has gone to the extent of baking my wife and I muffins one time so we would have something to eat in the morning before dropping us off at the airport (beyond thoughtful).
After traveling all through out Europe using AirBnB, I can honestly say that Megan would make any excellant AirBnB host for anyone planning a trip to the DC area!

She has a knack for making her home cozy with the usual touches of comfy blankets and such but most importantly her generous spirit, calming nature and excellent sense of humor makes it a delight to be in her company and in her living room. Even when her days are full with work or community affairs she always finds time to give a great suggestion for local foods and transportation tips. I've visited Cecily in several cities and I always feel safe, supported and delighted to be there. Gautam is also a warm and helpful host. He is very sweet and I know they will both go above and beyond to communicate with their guests and make sure they have everything they need. They are both also excellent cooks and I'm sure they could share some tips for yummy dishes if you'd like. You really would be lucky to stay in the home of Cecily and Gautam. I couldn't think of a more loving and fun couple to welcome you to a new place. ”
