1000 Sq. feet 2 bedrooms, available in a beautiful apartment with gleaming hardwood floors and views overlooking beautiful Sligo Creek Park (see pictures).

Master bedroom has king size bed, 2nd bedroom two twin beds and room for an airbed. Nicely furnished living room with comfortable sleeping couch and large space for optional Aero bed for living room. 1 Bathroom and full kitchen. Will fit 5-7 people depending on sleeping arrangements.

Cathy was an incredible host! She shared great restaurant recommendations with us, along with helping us get around on the metro. We were blown away by her kindness and generosity and would definitely stay there again!

Cathy was super friendly and welcoming. her place was clean and neighborhood was safe. we had a rental car and street parking was easy, and often got to use Cathy's parking space. Metro to DC was pretty easy at about 20 minutes to all the museums so it was convenient.

Staying at Cathy's was great! She was amazing, even before we actually met her, and we felt really welcomed at her place. It feels so good to be able to "go home" after a day of visiting DC! Summing up, I highly recommend it! :)

Cathy let me stay with her for a couple of weeks while I was transitioning to the DC area. Safe neighborhood, walking distance to food and convenience stores and large roomey apartment.

During my stay at Cathy's apartment I felt completely at home. The apartment is not only beautifully outfitted and decorated, but clean, quiet, and spacious. This apartment is in a great location and in a safe neighborhood. It's a perfect choice for your stay!

I stayed with Cathy for the Election results Nov. 4-6. The location was great, and very close to DC. I felt comfortable in the space and I recieved some complimentary brownies! I couldn't have picked a better place to stay.

This is the Best Place to stay if you are looking for Comfort, Cleanliness, Safety and Convenience! Cathy is the perfect, host taking care of ever detail imaginable! She never leaves a soul hungry and has a desirable aim to please the grumpiest! Once you step foot into her home your worries are completely over, and she knows the city like the back of her hand... she will point you in the right direction!
